Work Order

Keep a field job’s identity, location, priority, and outcome together. One entry per work order makes the job easy to find when its progress or completion evidence changes.

Make it your own

On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.

  1. Start from the template

In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Work Order, or browse Field collection. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Field Work Orders.

  2. Capture your first entry

Enter the work order code and site, then select a work type, priority, and outcome. Add a completion photo and notes describing what has actually been done.

  3. Review and keep it useful

Search a work order code to revisit the job. Keep the Outcome field current and include unresolved work in Work Notes before a handover.
