Service Call

Record the work done during a service visit, including the asset, time spent, and resolution. One entry per call preserves the context for a return visit.

Make it your own

On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.

  1. Start from the template

In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Service Call, or browse Field collection. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Field Service Calls.

  2. Capture your first entry

Enter the customer or site and asset, then choose the call type. Record time on site in hours and select the resolution that matches the visit.

  3. Review and keep it useful

Review calls by customer or asset code. Check Service Summary and Next Action against the technician’s original notes before preparing a follow-up.
