Log inventory counts with a team
A shared count log gives a team a consistent way to record stock observations. Treat each entry as a snapshot of one item at one location and time, so a later count does not silently replace the earlier one.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Build manually. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Define how your team counts
Create Inventory count log with the fields below. Agree on location labels and units before the first count. Keep Item or SKU as text to preserve identifiers.
Add each count as a new record
Choose Add data and enter the observed quantity, date, and location. Add a note for exceptions so the next person understands what the number means.
Review counts in context
Search for a SKU or location, then compare entries in Sheet view. Check the date and unit before comparing quantities. Do not add repeated snapshots together as though they were separate stock.
