Document site visits
A site-visit log helps a team remember what was seen and what needs attention. Keep one entry per observation so a photo, location, and next action stay together instead of disappearing into a long conversation.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Build manually. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Agree on a short record format
Create Site visit observations with the fields below. Choose project names and status labels together so everyone records the same kind of information.
Capture one observation
Choose Add data and record the site, visit date, and area. Describe the observation separately from the next action. Add a photo when it makes the location or issue clearer.
Review follow-up work
Search the site name to find its records. Use Sheet view for a quick review and Card view for the supporting notes and photos. Update the record as follow-up happens.
