Keep equipment-maintenance records in Dattle

Keep a shared equipment log

Create a Dattle with Equipment, Service date, Work performed, Cost USD, Recorded by, Photo, and Notes. Give each piece of equipment a consistent name so its records are easy to find.

Record what happened

Choose Add data and enter the completed work. In this example, replacing a shop-vacuum filter cost $18. Add your own photo when useful; these examples leave the optional Photo field empty.

Prepare a PDF Story

Open Dattle actions (•••), then Create PDF Story. Set a title, choose a date range, and select the sections and fields to include. This example includes insights and item cards, with the empty Photo field excluded. Choose Print or save PDF to start the web export.
