Home Inventory
Use the Home Inventory template to catalog belongings by item, identifier, category, and value. One entry per item gives you a place for a photo and the notes you would want when finding it again.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Home Inventory, or browse Personal. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Home Inventory.
Capture your first entry
Name the item and scan or enter its barcode or serial identifier. Choose a category, add a value if known, and use Notes for the room, model, and accessories.
Review and keep it useful
Search an item or identifier to find its record. Update the same entry when it moves, and compare the photo with the identifying details.
