Asset Audit
Verify an asset’s identity, location, condition, and presence during an audit. One entry per asset check records what the auditor actually found.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Asset Audit, or browse Field collection. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Field Asset Audit.
Capture your first entry
Scan or enter the asset code and select its location. Add an NFC identifier if used, then record asset type, condition, and verification outcome.
Review and keep it useful
Search the asset code to review observations. Investigate a Moved, Missing, or Unlisted outcome with the notes and photo as context.
