DATTLE / Personal
Workout Log
Keep a short record of exercises you completed. One entry per exercise makes sets, repetitions, and weight easier to compare with the next session.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Workout Log, or browse Personal. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Workout Log.
Capture your first entry
Select a workout type and enter the exercise. Record completed sets, reps, and weight using the field’s pounds unit; use Notes for variations or context.
Review and keep it useful
Search an exercise name to compare sessions. Keep the movement name and weight convention consistent so two entries describe the same thing.
