Voter Contact
Document a voluntary voter-contact survey using consistent outcome categories. One entry per contact attempt records whether a response was completed and which answers were actually given.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Voter Contact, or browse Surveys. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Voter Contact Survey.
Capture your first entry
Review the survey introduction and consent settings first. Record Contact outcome accurately. Candidate support and Likelihood to vote are shown for Completed contacts; leave unanswered questions unanswered.
Review and keep it useful
Review contact outcomes separately from completed-response answers. Preserve the respondent’s stated answer and the collection context when preparing a factual summary.
