Issue Survey
Use the Issue Survey template to record voluntary views on priorities and a proposal. Each response combines a selected priority, approval score, awareness answer, and explanation.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Issue Survey, or browse Surveys. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Issue Priorities Survey.
Capture your first entry
Define the proposal clearly in the introduction and review the answer choices and consent text. Record the respondent’s own selection and explanation without interpreting the answer for them.
Review and keep it useful
Read explanations alongside the selected priority and approval score. Keep the wording and collection context with any summary of the responses.
