Property Walkthrough
Record property condition one area at a time. Separate entries for rooms or exterior areas keep observations and photos easy to locate later.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Property Walkthrough, or browse Field collection. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Property Walkthrough.
Capture your first entry
Enter the property or unit, select its location and area, and choose a condition. Photograph what you observed and add notes and a follow-up date when needed.
Review and keep it useful
Search the unit to review its areas. Check generated Photo Observations against the image and the walkthrough notes before using them in a handover.
