Interview Log
Keep interview notes organized by candidate and role. One entry per interview lets reviewers revisit the recorded discussion, strengths, and concerns in context.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Interview Log, or browse Work. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Interview Log.
Capture your first entry
Enter the candidate and role, then capture notes using consistent job-related criteria. Add a recording only when the participants have agreed to it.
Review and keep it useful
Check Interview Summary against the recording and notes. Treat any generated Recommendation as draft text for human review; hiring decisions need the actual evidence and your established process.
