DATTLE / Field collection
Event Setup
Track a setup checkpoint through preparation to readiness. One entry per checkpoint keeps its event, area, status, and blocker together.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Event Setup, or browse Field collection. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Event Setup Checklist.
Capture your first entry
Enter the event or venue, choose the setup area, and name the checkpoint. Set the current status and add a photo or issue note where useful.
Review and keep it useful
Review checkpoints before the event opens. Update each status when the actual setup changes and keep the reason for a blocked item in its notes.
