Cold-chain Delivery Check

Keep shipment identity, temperature, packaging condition, and proof of receipt in one delivery record. Use one entry per shipment check so observations remain tied to the right shipment.

Make it your own

On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.

  1. Start from the template

    In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Cold-chain Delivery Check, or browse Field collection. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Cold-chain Delivery Check.

  2. Capture your first entry

    Select the delivery location and scan or enter the shipment code. Record the temperature with its unit and method, indicate packaging condition, and add proof and exception notes.

  3. Review and keep it useful

    Search a shipment code to review its check. Compare the recorded temperature and condition with your own product-handling requirements and document the decision through your normal process.

Use a Shared Dattle when several people collect observations. Agree on identifiers, measurement units, and how locations are described before collecting. Give readers Can view access and contributors Can add access.

Make a report with PDF Stories

Include shipment codes, temperature readings, packaging condition, photos, and notes for a receiving record. Open Dattle actions (•••) → Create PDF Story, choose the scope and fields, and check the included entries. On the web, use Print or save PDF; on mobile, use Create & share PDF.
