Book Log
Keep track of books you want to read, are reading, or have finished. One entry per book gives your status, rating, and takeaway a consistent home.
Make it your own
On the web, sign in and choose New Dattle → Template. Web Dattles use Shared access; you can start with just yourself and invite people later. For a Private Dattle stored on your device, use the mobile app.
Start from the template
In New Dattle, choose Template and search for Book Log, or browse Personal. Open its preview, choose Use template, and review the name and fields before saving. The suggested name is Book Log.
Capture your first entry
Enter the title and author, then choose a reading status. Add a rating and a takeaway when you have enough experience with the book to record them.
Review and keep it useful
Search a title or author to update the same entry. Compare generated Themes and One-Line Insight with your own takeaway before keeping them.
